Here is a donation from a collection taken at our mother's funeral plus a bit from me. Our Mother loved the natural world and particularly birds. As a special needs teacher she was known as 'The Bird Lady' or 'Tweetie-Pie' by her pupils for the way she rescued and protected birds. Many of them continued to bring injured birds to her even after they'd left school.
Ruth loved all the birds and especially those that came to her plot. She will be greatly missed.
